I've been using quality transportation for many many months now. And although they're two hours away from me I'm very grateful that my insurance company dispatches them. All the drivers have been wonderful! Richard being my favorite. Steve is super nice and I recently had a young man named Hector and he was wonderful.

The staff is horrendous and has no knowledge of disabilities. They do not know what common practices to set up to have a quality running company. They have no common sense or knowledge how to help customers. Allan, a disgusting man who schedules rides, told my spouse “why would you schedule a ride and not be ready”, leaving my spouse stranded after their driver did not wait for my spouse. He then told me “this is a service not a charity”. Upon my complaint, the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Allan even scheduled another ride recently Still disgusting as ever. The drivers are rude and have no common sense on how to help anyone. Please do yourself a favor and find another transportation service. This is a disgusting place to be.

I was stuck at the hospital, with my power wheelchair not working. The hospital refused to store it until Monday, when I could get a transportation company to pick it up and take it home. Although expensive, Quality Transportation Services came through. I ask if they could do this late minute, they immediately said yes.

My only complaint was the dispatcher who didn't give her driver the complete information on where to find me.

We had a wonderful experience with a gentleman named Wade today. He was so caring with my father n law and very kind and courteous. We will definitely use this service again if we need to.

My mother’s best friend just turned 100 and she wanted mom to come to her party. Mom is in a wheel chair and we needed a wheel chair van. This was the third company I called and dispatch was very nice and helpful. The van driver was on time, in uniform, drove safely and helped with mom. He was great! And on time for the ride home. We will definitely use Quality Transport Services again. I highly recommend them!

The rating doesn't reflect the service I received. The customer service was nice and they answered my questions even though they had to put me on hold. They do indeed service the area that My client needed but unfortunately they have A weight limit. The van that can service exceeding weight was down and they did not know when it would be up and running. I had to tell my client that she will be missing the funeral for one of her family members. They were friendly and Professional. Unfortunately they couldn't offer the services we requested. I would still recommend them!
