I can't say enough good things about your service. This is the second time I have used your service when visiting Orlando. Our driver was pleasant, prompt and extremely helpful. Your vehicle was safe and very clean. He was waiting for us inside the airport and helped us load our luggage. On the day we were leaving, he was at the resort on time and once again helping us load our luggage. He was such a gentleman. I have referred your service to friends and family and some have used your services and were just as happy as I was. Thank you Gregory for providing such a wonderful, stress free service.

We flew to Orlando with 4 kids under 9 to do Disney World and this was the best purchase!! He was there at luggage claim when we arrived, had the carseat and booster seats in for the kids already, and we had a short ride to our hotel and got in the pools right away! Pickup was a breeze too. I would 100% recommend and avoid doing the bus especially with larger families as this was less stress and way faster! Thank you so much!!!

Great experiences with Quicksilver- we’ve used them for transport the last couple of years when visiting Orlando, and the drivers are wonderful, helpful and kind, and the vehicles clean and spacious. We appreciate the option of stopping at a grocery store as well. We will continue to use Quicksilver for our trips and highly recommend them!

We paid for a van to bring us to our hotel from Orlando Int. We knew that we needed a van since we had a lot of luggage and two special needs strollers. We also had a planned stop to pick up food from a grocery store. Instead, a SUV was brought to us. We ended up having luggage and food on our laps. Some of the food was crushed.
The driver was very nice and apologetic.
When I called to confirm our transportation back to the airport, I expressed our frustration but I did not receive an apology for our inconveniences.

Quicksilver really took the stress and worry out of our trip. We booked a multi-leg Orlando vacation where we were going from a Disney resort to a Universal resort, with a 1 year old who needed a car seat. We didn't want to have to check our car seat from home on the plane and have to lug it to around the airport and attach/detach it from a rental car. Quicksilver picked us up at baggage claim in MCO, helped us with our bags, had the van close by, and we didn't wait at all! The van and car seat were both impeccably clean and comfortable. They also picked us up from our Disney hotel to transport us to our Universal hotel and that ride was just as nice and clean. The drivers were both very friendly and did all of the leg work with our bags. I will be recommending Quicksilver to everyone I know who is traveling to Orlando, especially with young kids!

We have used Quicksilver for our last two Disney trips for airport transportation. They were there on time and had all our car seats ready for us. We had the same driver every time and he was friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend Quicksilver! We will definitely use them for all our transportation needs in Orlando.

My husband wrote a review below about getting an SUV instead of a Van.
You replied the following: "We sadly had no way of knowing you'd have 2 special needs' strollers and extra luggage. No mention of it on your original reservation."
I have the reservation right here in front of me, and we absolutely had marked that we would have 8-9 pieces of luggage and 2 special needs strollers. I had even marked that each of the strollers are the size to fit a teenager-adult, not a child.
I wasn't going to respond but I would appreciate not having the blame put on us with this false statement.
My husband was very kind, calm, & pleasant to you on the phone, and most likely wouldn't have even called or complained except the driver strongly encouraged him to (when we showed him our print out of the reservation with the details mentioned above). We were asked to leave a review and he left a fair, honest one. I understand your instinct to respond, but it's unfair to accuse us of not informing you of what we were bringing with us.

Eduardo was exceptionally great. He was there for arrival and departure as expected he was actually waiting for us. We felt the service was well worth the cost. We also felt the drive was very relaxing and safe. I will be using the service in April when we return to Orlando.
