If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. This has been the most insanely unorganized delivery I've ever dealt with and I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. I've been on the phone with this company daily for the last week, with 4 failed attempts at delivery because they don't have the appropriate amount of drivers or equipment. They have lied about delivery times and also asked ME to help unload my package from the truck. This package is hundreds of pounds. I hired the company because I don't have the equipment to do this myself. That is the entire point of a delivery company. I'm so sick of dealing with their awful staff. The only good people are the drivers themselves. It's not their fault their management is terrible. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRANSPORT.

If I could leave negative stars I would. RAC picked up my crate on 9/13, which was supposed to go on a short trip to another freight company in Denver to then be transported to Los Angeles. Instead of dropping it off in Denver, they took two weeks to drive it down to Texas before realizing it shouldn’t have left Colorado. Then for another 2.5 weeks they gave us the runaround on its location probably because they had dropped the crate, broken it AND the custom sink inside. They finally delivered it to the second freight company on 10/14, and that company delivered the broken crate and sink today 10/19, of which we had to go and refuse delivery since it was unusable. It’ll be at least a month before we can even get a replacement. I highly recommend you use any other company than RAC, it has been a nightmare from start to finish, and they lied so many times about the whereabouts of the crate and about having handed it over to the second company. I am beyond furious after they wasted over a month of my time only to see my delivery was beyond repair, and now will cost me at least another month of waiting.

This is the worst shipping company that I’ve ever used. Their communication and customer skills are lacking. Not once did they reach out to me for the delivery of my package. I had to do all of the reaching out! On numerous occasions they told me that the freight wasn’t on the truck and that it wasn’t going to be delivered, only to receive a call later that day telling me that they were on my property. They played the victim game with other companies and they even went as far as to insinuate that it was my fault. If you order something, find a different shipping company and save yourselves the troubles with RAC.

I had a shipment arrive on 5/25 to their warehouse. I called for updates 5 different times and was always told someone would be in touch to schedule a delivery. No one ever called me, and then one day when I was out, they attempted delivery and left a note. I called to reschedule the following day, no time given or call made. The driver was incredible rude. I’m hoping I won’t have to work with them again. Horrible customer service.

Package was scanned on their dock on 3/15. Scheduled first delivery for Monday, 3/21. That is reasonable except they missed the delivery with no notification. Scheduled 2nd delivery for 3/24, ok, stuff happens and still ok with this, but once bitten - twice shy. Called first thing in the morning, was told that it was on the truck and out for delivery. Delivery window comes and goes, and no delivery. Call in the PM on 3/24, told that it will definitely arrive on Friday , 3/25. Called first thing on Friday, tracking shows it was delivered, NOPE. Very nice lady with customer service says she is going to call dispatch to fix the issue. After being on hold, I am told that my package would absolutely be delivered today. Nope. Called again, Very nice customer service lady agrees that he Commerce City is incompetent and should be fired. Swears that I will get my package on Monday. Pretty sure I will also win the Powerball jackpot. The Commerce City Colorado location is a joke and I would avoid this company like the Covid Virus.

Update - 6/23 Got a call from the merchant that I ordered the package from and apparently RAC returned my lost package to them completely destroyed. I shared the details with the merchant and strongly suggested that they never use RAC again. Under no Circumstances should anyone every use RAC.

If I could give less than one star I would!! My package was shipped from South Carolina to
Denver in four days where that shipper transferred it to RAC. That was 11 days ago. RAC at first said they didn’t have it then 7 days ago they said they had it and it would be delivered in one or two days. Now they say they haven’t seen it because they never got it from the original shipper. Original shipper gave me the truck number that it they delivered to RAC but acknowledged that RAC is always so far behind they wouldn’t use them if they didn’t have to

I was to have parts delivered on Friday to fix my combines to finish harvest. Friday the parts did not show up so I called on Monday. One day they said it would be delivered and again they did not show up as I waited. On Tuesday I decided to drive 120 miles to their location to pick up the parts, as I was desperate. Upon arrival I was informed where to park at. A man came out with the forklift to load me but instead slammed into my truck. The worst of it is he backed up and proceeded to do it again. After I asked what is he doing he proceeded to tell me I should have park someplace else. I informed him that I parked where I was instructed to park. He began to swear at me And ended it oh well. So not only does this company not deliver as promised but if you go to the facility to pick up expect to be treated very rudely and without any safety precautions. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this company.

Lost/Broke my $5,000.00 freight before saying it was ready for pickup at their Denver location. Waited 45 minutes at their facility only to hear they didn't know where it was and they would be getting ahold of me. Heard nothing for over two weeks. Filed a claim and they denied it saying it was wasn't them that lost it but the previous carrier.. Highly disorganized company. I would avoid this carrier at ALL costs..
