Es una empresa de las peores que eh conocido,solo no les gusta algo y te llevan a una yarda con engaño y te bajan y a ver cómo le haces,no te resuelven nada como dicen los compañeros y te cobran x todo hasta la fecha me deben de unos straps y líquidos para sus tanques de diesel y se hechan la bolita entre despacho talleres y recursos humanos no la recomiendo compañeros no pierdan su tiempo con esta empresa .37 la milla son tan miserables!!! Un saludo al señor Alejandro ornelas. Pero de ahí los demás (X)

Esta compani de transporte es una basura RUSSEL TRANSPORT Y lo digo x experiencia propia no pagan Stand by and lay over y ni las millas completas contrararo munchos B1 y los roban los traen como locos manejando y les dejan los trucks destruidos x esa rason de q los roban yo soy CDL Y ami me robaron mala compania la neta ojo tengan cuidado con RUSSEL TRANSPORT

Not a professional company at all. Their dispatchers don't know what they're doing half the time and act rude and very unprofessional. If you're not "friendly" back at Ina (a female dispatcher) she'll stop giving you good loads and just won't deal with you. Everything would be fine if they just hired professional dispatchers who are there to work, not clown around or get "friendly" with drivers. This is what's been told to me by my husband, but I can hear and see the stress he has gone through with this company. Better and professional dispatchers is all this company needs to run an amazing business!

10/12/21 driver with trailer 20082 was running people off the road intentionally while driving with his hazards on. At one point he changed lanes 3 lanes all at onces, ran 2 people off the road for an exit. Just to get back on the highway. The time was around 430? Fort worth texas. I tried to call safety but i guess you guys are closed. I have video of some of it.

A truck from Russell transport has a blow out, as I was passing them. The tire tread damaged my vehicle. I called them immediately. It has been almost 2 months. I still haven't gotten them to honor one word they say. Still don't know who their insurance company is. No claim number. Nada! $1800.00 damages to my car. I am a disabled woman with the smallest income you can imagine. My insurance called them and they lie repeatedly to them. I cannot stand it when someone breaks their word repeatedly. It is a true sign of a person's character. Romy Frias is the claims man. He has made numerous promises. Kept ZERO! I have left messages for his supervisors as well.... Crickets!
If you are in an accident with them, If you are shipping with them, If you work for them, best of luck. Better yet, just don't!
