The customer service was rude and I hadn’t even booked yet. I called for a quote on Tuesday and got an amazing price and the person I spoke to was so nice! I told them I’d get back to them since I was still looking around since this is my first time shipping. I called back and Thursday and asked for another quote and the quote went up drastically!! And the person I spoke to was rude. They told me that quotes don’t last long but how doesn’t it last when I called within TWO days. If they can do this to a potential customer imagine what they can do to someone who has already paid. It’s a stressful time during pandemic. The least they can do is be nice. It’s up to you if you want to book with them but I PASS!!

John was a pro. He picked up my car in Sacramento and delivered it to me a few days later without any issues. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have more advance notice on pick-up and drop-off times to help plan for scheduling. It was a very quick and easy process. Thanks John!

I have been talking to these people for 3 days. I was told my vehicle would be picked up and I would be contacted by the carrier. 3 days later no contact and an additional 150 in fees. I recorded all phone calls and will be contacting my lawyer. Beware bait and switch. These people are brokers not a transport company. They also go by the name We Will Ship It. I just got off the phone with Jonathan, he said he never spoke to me, called me stupid and hung up on me!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The pickup was on time, but the delivery was early. I do think they could have predicted delivery time better, they were 2 days early which caused me some problems but I am happy he shipped it damage free.
