I would highly recommend using this service. Our Mom needed transportation to dialysis 3 days a week. She dreaded doctors, nurses, etc. The whole experience gave her anxiety with the exception of this transportation company. She really liked the drivers. That was the only comfort she had in that whole
Experience. These drivers are hand picked by the company and you can tell. My mom just passed, and it feels good to know that she was well taken care of during those transportation days.

As this was my first experience using access 2 Care and Safe and Reliable Medical Transportation, any doubts or concerns I might’ve had about reliability or ease of use have been quelled. I can with great confidence recommend and applaud this company for not only reliable service but going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. My ride appointment was confirmed the morning of, and my return trip was executed with excellent timing and precision. Both drivers were very prompt, courteous, and professional, and both stepped out of their cars to assist me. The ride was safe and comfortable. The appointment making process was smooth and easy to use - operators efficiently follow up every step of the way. I’m positive all of my future rides will follow suit. It’s evident in the manner this business is conducted they’ve established a fantastic protocol and policy and I’m so glad I decided to utilize this service.

They were late 45 minutes, picking up my mother from her hemodialysis appointment well considering that she’s on home oxygen and was not able to use it for about one hour. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

We use SAFE & RELIABLE for my handicap son going back-and-forth to school. They are not reliable at all. every other day, they became of very late from school 45 minute after the actual time and my son back home crying and stressed from the long wait time he waited on the street. I totally don’t recommend SAFE & RELIABLE Transportation
