Arrived for a 12pm appointment time, left at 5pm. This place is very busy. No room to back in, containers everywhere. Avoid blind side backing if you can. Make a U TURN IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN DOCKS 1-6 IF YOU CAN and back in slowly. If you can’t get it in the yard dog will back it in for you after you drop your trailer. You park on the side of the road out side then you walk in to check in. They will call you when they have a door for you. Took 30mins to load.

Plays games with storage fees and COD shipments where they require payment before delivery leaving you with no recourse for damages/missing goods. Will not accept cash or company certified funds on delivery.
Will hold your product hostage forcing you to use their payment system which has additional fees because ACH is not immediate adding more fees for another day perpetually.

Booked with NTG. This is a transfer shipper. From shipping container directly to our dry van. We booked for a later afternoon pick up and it turned out we were empty before we expected to be. Contacted NTG and they were able to work with this shipper to get us in earlier.
In and out within a few hours and definitely out before before the original appointment time.
Thank you NTG team and thank you shipper for working us in earlier and making us miss most of the traffic on the way out of CA!

*FOR TRUCK DRIVERS ONLY* PARK ON STREET WALK UP TO GUARD SHACK , GO BACK TO YOUR TRUCK, THEY CALL U WHEN THEY HAVE A DOOR FOR YOU USUALLY RIGHT AWAY, PLACE IS A LITTLE TIDE TO BACK IN , WHEN YOU ENTER MAKE A TURN RIGHT AFTER YOU PASS THE GUARD SHACK TOWARD EXIT SO YOU CAN SET UP RIGHT ,NOT ON YOUR BLINDE SIDE, THEY LOAD YOU WITH IN AN HOUR RIGHT AFTER YOU PARK ON DOCK. AND THEY CALL YOU WHEN ITS READY .

Go slow, park in middle of street then check in. Do a 180 infront of door 1 in order to properly back into your door, don’t blind side back up
