Telluride Express - Montrose, Colorado

We had a very peaceful, smooth ride from the Montrose Regional Airport to our resort in Telluride, Colorado. I’m all about safety and it felt like a safe, careful drive the whole way. Both on our way into Telluride and back to the Montrose Airport on our return. Both drivers were very friendly. The shuttles were shared rides, were very comfortable and spacious. Both had nice big windows which gave great views on the ride. Especially the first shuttle had nice tall windows.

Driver was great - safe, kind. But the customer service / reservations were not helpful. They called to change my pick up time the day before. I purposefully selected the pick up time because I didn’t want to wait at the airport for 2 hours and had plans to meet friends. I have used Telluride express dozens of times and they have always been helpful in the past. But this time really put a negative light on the end of my trip as I was not able to see some friends I had planned on seeing. Next time, I would like to know more than a day in advance if they can’t accommodate. Or I would have booked another shuttle that could. Because of this experience, I will no longer use Telluride Express. And I would be weary of using them as they will change your pick up time last minute, which is not professional or gives peace of mind.

This shuttle service is an excellent choice for getting where you need to go! I just completed a round trip in Colorado. Montrose airport to Telluride and back again. Both drivers were polite, capable and full of all kinds of facts and historic knowledge of the area we traveled. The almost two hour ride both ways was enjoyable and time passed without worry. And it was a huge savings over a car rental. Thank you for your good service!

Great service! Easy booking 48hr prior. Very reasonable pricing from Placerville to MTJ. Shuttle came to my location and was on time. Very clean! He helped me with my bags and was very friendly. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others!

This was my first trip to Telluride. The service was outstanding from ease of the app, the staff at the airport, and our driver Steve. We were on the road within 20 minutes of landing, and it was a terrific experience. Highly recommend.

I called this company and spoke to Clarissa in customer service. She was very helpful. I live in Chicago and had to find out a back up plane to get my daughter and granddaughter from Pueblo, CO to the Denver airport. She was very very helpful. I haven’t scheduled anything yet because I’m not sure if I want my 7 month old granddaughter and my daughter to make stops and then take a train from the drop off in Denver to the airport. My daughter doesn’t know how to get around. But if I was out there I would 100% use them.

Jennifer in (phone) reservations was so kind amd efficient. It literally took me only 5 min to make a same-day reservation for pick up at montrose.
Also the drivers arw very friendly. Last time I landed late in tease they let me play some chill music on the ride home and all the passengers were so happy amd content.
Easy.
