Staff is very friendly and usually pretty easy to reach over the phone. Pool and laundry room are nice. Grounds are well kept. I have enjoyed living here. Only problems I have had is some crickets, but pest control came out. Also some water coming up through my floors due to excess water build up under the building. It hasn't affected me too badly though and is getting fixed.

The staff is very friendly and quick. I can see a genuine effort to improve the community by fixing the gate when it stopped working and replacing the basketball hoop, as well as quickly replacing a broken step outside of my apartment when it fell out from under me due to rust. My one wish is that they would crack down on people not cleaning up after their dogs. I seem to be the only dog owner in the entire complex who picks up after his dog and the yards are a land mine of dog manure because of it.

If i could rate this place a zero i would . The only thing good about this place is the amount of space . They charge you admin fees monthly on top of the what you are already being charged for . Your water bill is everyones put together and divided by 4 (the 3 complexes and yours) there are only 2 or 3 big trashcans so if you don't live close to one you have yo walk all the way across the apartment to throw your trash away.You arent allowed to set your trash bags on the porch or they will give you a lease violation . Constant lease violations without warning . If anything goes wrong be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks for anything to be done . Never answer the phone have to call all week in order to get a answer . Charge you for pest control even tho their pest control only makes the situation WORSE. Even if they dont come that month they are charging you . This place is a big scam . They are all about their money and care nothing about their tenants. Constant lease violation threats multiple times a week . Its just always something here and they handle everything with a sassy attitude .

Me and my two babies have only been staying here for about 6 months now. We haven’t had many issues for the most part. It’s pretty quiet and the pool is cleaned weekly which is nice.

We are currently residence we love are apartment no issues and anytime we have a maintenance order put in they get on it right away. If we have any questions about anything, we call the office. They are very direct and let us know.

Hit with a carpet cleaning fee after move out, wouldn't be an issue but I had zero pets and spent over $300 to clean the carpets before moving out. The front office said they'd send me pictures of the issue in question (they never sent them) and an invoice for the cleaning, but are unable to provide photos of the issue after the cleaning to provide a comparison of before and after.

This is an issue because when I moved in the carpet was stained to hell with what I assume were combination stains from a sick animal, and grime (these stains were photographed and management DOES have those pictures as they were a part of my move in inventory, also stains I removed entirely during my deep-clean) AND I had to clean the apartment before I moved in, which demonstrates that the apartments are likely not cleaned thoroughly, and leads me to believe it's highly likely I'm being lied to about the issues I'm being charged for.

I'll gladly change my review when/if management is able to provide proof that their cleaning improved the condition of the carpets beyond the capacity that I did. I firmly believe I'm being stuck with a bill that I've not earned, and that management ISN'T doing everything in their power to clear the air.

Personally I'd require the cleaning crew provide before and after cleaning photos, in addition to the unit being photographed before and after each move out/in. This would only protect The Cove and their Consumers, and wouldn't cost but a couple of minutes in labor hours.

Great environment. Moving in was smooth and no problems. I love the upkeep as well and the pool. Managers are very friendly!!

Response time with office does slack or is non-responsive, but when they do respond they take care of the issue but good place to live, needs a bigger pool due to crowd issues more activities for the kids and a play area.
