I had to recently relocate from Florida to Glasgow, Scotland due to a sudden great career change opportunity. Steve was the employee who handled my move, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Right from the start, the customer service was responsive, helpful, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Transparent are all about the show and the sale, once they have your funds they could not care less about the service or your goods. Steve explains all of your goods will be prepared and wrapped for sea travel when in fact its far from the truth. My own experience was that they sub contracted out to a horrendous company from Dallas. Unlike when my goods came to the USA (and arrived shrink wrapped onto pallets) all the movers did was wrap all my goods in brown paper? They then threw everything into cardboard boxes and that was it!! I was not surprised that 8 weeks later when my goods arrived in the UK that items had also been stolen (sets of weights, shoes, boots, sneakers/trainers). We had damaged furniture (a hole punctured in the side of the unit) and then to top it all - when our goods arrived in the container it was less than half full. We were charged for a full container when it could easily have fitted into a smaller one. The attitude and sheer unprofessionalism of the removal company was atrocious and the biggest mistake i ever made was to trust Transparent International. Do yourself a favour and find someone else who will treat your personal goods and their security with respect and they will still likely be cheaper than Transparent.

I was trying to ship a desk from America to South Africa. The communication between their representative, Anthony, and myself was excellent. Although I didn’t end up choosing this company, Anthony was always available and always provided clear information. He responded in a timely manner and was very professional. He went above and beyond in trying to help me. I really wish I could have done business with him; however, I received significantly better quotes from a couple other companies. Thank for your guidance, throughout this process Anthony.

My mom recently moved from California to the Philippines so she could retire there. She had a lot of stuff she has collected through the years with a lot of them being fragile (stuff she got from TJMaxx and thrift stores!) so we know we have to find a reputable company who would take care of her things. I did a lot of research online and stumbled upon Transparent International Movers.
We're very impressed with their service. They took care of all the paperworks and the process was really smooth. They gave us a lot of pointers and was very patient with my elderly mom the entire time.
All of her belongings arrived in the Philippines in perfect condition with no damages. Overall we are very happy with their service and will recommend them to the Filipino community here in SoCal!

While I didn't end up using there service due to having a friend in the shipping industry hooking me up, I generally had a wonderful experience dealing with Lucas. He was polite, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable and demonstrated problem solving skills to provide solutions for my shipping needs. If i didn't have a friend in the industry, I would have easily taken his offer.

We recently moved to the US and contracted AGS as our shipping firm from our departing country. We have the bad luck that AGS partnered with Transparent International to manage delivery of our belongings to our house in the US. We contacted Transparent International several times to try to arrange delivery, submitted all complete and approved documentation more than 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, they arranged and then last-minute cancelled delivery three times (13, 20 and 24 September) in these weeks. Each time we tried to take time off work and arrange childcare so that we could be there to receive our belongings so it was really stressful and difficult. Finally, after many calls and emails, Transparent International finally agreed to deliver our belongings tomorrow, Tuesday October 1 2024. However, as soon as they confirmed delivery Transparent International sent us an invoice for over 2000 USD of (non-itemised) port costs that built up during the period of time when they had repeatedly failed to deliver our stuff. Today, they emailed to say that they will only deliver our belongings tomorrow on the basis that we pay the costs that they incurred through their delays and repeated failures to deliver. We are disappointed with the poor communication and unprofessionalism - we cannot recommend.

We relocated from London to Miami in April 2024. I was looking for an international moving company to transport our furniture from London to the US and found John Mason. Our goods were collected on April 22nd from London and were supposed to be delivered within 12 weeks to our address in Miami. It has now been 15 weeks, and we still have no updates about our goods. The last information we received was five weeks ago, stating that our goods had been loaded onto the truck, and there has been no news since then.

They are working with Moving Transparent in the US, and it has been extremely difficult to contact them and get any information. Both companies lack communication and coordination. Despite several attempts to contact them, they only respond with apologies for the delay but provide no updates. This has been a terrible experience. I would NEVER RECOMMEND JOHN MASON OR MOVING TRANSPARENT to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TWO COMPANIES!
