While I was on Wed 16th October 2024 in the evening at about 7:15pm was going into the left lane when the bus quickly went into the lane preventing me from going there. When i turned into New Canterbury Roas he took 2 lanes to prevent me getting to either lane.

This driver must have mental problems bus number 6390.

Transport should look at the staff it hires gives the organisation a bad name.

To keep myself entertained I thought I might review NSW TrainLink. Caught the train from Hurstville to Central. The service it was on time. The train was clean however the air conditioning vents were dusty and needs to be serviced or replaced. The Hurstville train station was clean and it is wheel chair accessible from the ORMONDE PDE HURSTVILLE Side. Once your in you have wheel chair accessible lifts to the platforms. I got off at Kogarah and caught another train to central from platform 3 the train was on time. The air conditioning vents were dusty and could do with a service. I’m on my way to Central happy travels.

I want to thank all the staff at Werrington, Penrith, Blaxland and Glenbrook for the cheerful assistant getting on and off trains on my torturous journey from St Mary's to Blaxland on a large mobility scooter. The easy rider

Not to dissimilar to wheel chair or power scooter specs. However mines a fixed length

That's relevant for the accessibility to follow.
Note the lack of surety of the side to get off on and I turned left at Werrington and was stuck due the handrail

1. St Mary's is being refurbished but the access on the northern side is torturous for someone with out a companion.
I rode to Werrington,nice ride

2. Werrington perfect accessibility except a tight for into the Northern lift. Me getting stuck was my mistake.

3. Penrith was great. The staff member was tired and thought I'd break the board but we rocked it with nary a wobble , backing out

4. Blaxland would have got a platinum star except for the poorly placed security fence. Kudos to the staff member

5. Glenbrook perfect in all ways

Intercity train - just fit width ways (standard wheelchair is wider than me) and ok lengthwise but I won't be doing the country trip I was planning. On train guard was bloody awesome, random Karen (another story, wasn't so much.

Now if it was like the new platform at central I could ride on and off myself.

However planning is an issue still as Martin place metro lift from the concourse looks like it was designed in the 70's. All that money and this.

The cab dimensions I get may be technical constraints but the narrow external are outside the lift is just bad design

Review for phone call, only!

Called immediately after a short bus trip, because in my sickie daze, I forgot to tap off and was curious about the charge & refund process. I quickly called the top number on Google search “Transport for NSW contact number” (low stars one, lol) and got in to chat to someone SUPER QUICK. Less than 2mins, after selecting “0” - Only annoying thing was waiting for all the options. Didn’t know you could dob people in for so many things. Don’t do it!

Anyway, spoke to a lovely kiwi man (didn’t catch his name and turned off speaker phone to chat with him) who was calm, helpful and reassuring. I have adhd, too, so his patience with me really meant a lot.

Such a weird experience but had to share! Great work, team. You found a gem! ?

I would have provided less than 1 if there was option of it. Extremely hyper expensive travel cost. Travelled from interstate with my family member, bought a opal card for 3. Recharged that card until i got broke, and at the end while returning from the airport i claimed to take refund by handing the card, they denied saying i have to call opal. Upon calling Daniel mentioned me that i have to post the card with refund form. How nonsense it is to post the card and form paying another $20 to claim $30. Why could not they refund me when i was in person. Ridiculous!! Scammer !!

Trust me the transport NSW will rip you off!!! Better to hire a car and drive along.

Worse than a third world country service. Mostly delayed or train cancelled. Would have given 0 if there was an option. They do not really care. There is a cancellation every frickin week.

Atrocious. Doesn’t deserve one star. I can always bet that the South Coast line will be cancelled or delayed & there will be no contingency in place. No accountability, no compensation and no service. Wonder why everyone prefers to drive…

Train 9042, looks and is older than me. And, I'm over 30, what a shame moving about 20kms an hour from Woy Woy to Hornsby.
