Efficient and effective delivery company. On time with my delivery. Very helpful with moving and setting up my comfortable bed!!! Wow, they even took my old mattress, box spring, and headboard, which they did not have to do. Profesional courtise and clean!!! Not to mention, I am experiencing the best sleep I've had in years with my new bed!!! Thank you, Transport, on Demand!!!

I was asked to confirm delivery the day before which I did but turns out the window to respond was only about 4 hours, and it had closed. They didn't load it. I have been trying for a week to find out when it will be delivered. "We'll call you back". No call. Then reason given (after dozens of calls)...there's nothing else being delivered in your area so we don't know when will get to it. The people I have spoken to have been rude and unhelpful with general attitude of we really don't care. Particularly Lily, manager.
