I used this company several times now. They have always been friendly and professional. The process is simple: arrive before your trip, purchase your ticket and relax during the ride. As a single woman traveling alone, I was really worried about going to Mexico by myself but all the drivers made me feel safe and were very polite. They all speak Spanish too if you have family who only speaks Spanish. The office staff is bilingual so that’s great! They were all friendly and made traveling easy & enjoyable. I highly recommend this shuttle service and will use them for all my trips to Mexico ?

Me cobraron $10 mas por tenar una maleta y tres bolsas porque dijeron que tenia muchas bolsas, y otra muchacha que levantamos en el camino tenia la Misma Cantidad de maletas que tenia yo el senor no le dijo a ella que le tenia que cobrar a ella mas. Pero sobre todo estaba bien el servicio.

Amazing service! Perfectly clean units and offices, I do recommend this business, and I am looking forward to ride with them, next time I go to Rocky Point. The only downside is they don’t allow to reserve and paid for a seat in advance

Driver had us inside the van with the ac OFF!! He had enough time to turn on the van before everyone got in so it could at least be fresh. He waited for everyone to get in the van to turn it on!!!!!! Completely horrifying , The air vents were a total disaster they do not work. $50 for this type of service is completely unacceptable. Yes we’re in a hot city, that’s why you turn the car one at least minutes before!!!!

Good concept.supposed to be fast but defeats its own purpose with unscheduled stops. At the end you end up wasting time.
So in summary, better take a bus. More comfortable and more organized. With this service, you are at the mercy and humor of the driver. A 3 hours trip took 5 and 1/2 hours. Certainly nothing express about it.

I wanted to purchase & reserve 2 seats they wouldn't allow Me to. Once it was time to go she than informed Me there was no more room. Being she had told Me not to worry they had plenty of room for us so We were stuck in our semi truck without going Home for another day. ?
