I have a very positive impression of Coventry University. Here, I experience a vibrant and innovative learning environment. The university offers a diverse range of courses and excellent facilities, which prepare me well for my future career. It emphasizes practical experience, providing many opportunities for internships and industry collaborations. The campus is modern and welcoming, fostering a close-knit community among students from different backgrounds. Additionally, the staff is very supportive, and the wide range of extracurricular activities enhances my overall experience. Coventry University gives me the chance to fully realize my potential, greatly benefiting my academic and personal growth.

Urgent Appeal for Fair Treatment and Support

I am a student at Coventry University who enrolled in the mid-year intake. Unfortunately, I’ve faced a deeply frustrating and concerning experience with the university administration. Despite paying my full tuition fees and attending my classes diligently, my enrollment was terminated due to unforeseen medical issues. I provided all necessary medical documents and communicated with my tutors, yet my situation was not handled with the understanding and compassion I had hoped for.

The administrative miscommunication (specifically between the CAS team and campus allocation) compounded my challenges. I was initially enrolled in the London campus, but later directed to the Coventry campus for classes. After returning to the UK from my medical treatment, I was shocked to find out that my enrollment had been terminated. I felt harassed, and my entire academic future now hangs in the balance.

I appeal to the university to reconsider my case, as I am a genuine student dedicated to my studies and have provided all proofs to support my situation.

I sincerely hope the university will step in and show support to students who genuinely need it during difficult times.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Coventry University as an international applicant. I applied for the MA English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics (TESOL) course for the January 2025 intake, and after months of hard work to meet all the conditions of my offer, I was informed in November that the course had been canceled. This decision was communicated at the last minute, leaving me with no time to explore alternative options for the January intake.
As someone from India, arranging funds in GBP was a significant challenge, yet I managed to pay the first installment of tuition fees. To learn that the course would not run after such efforts has been heartbreaking. While I understand that course cancellations may sometimes be necessary, the timing and lack of consideration for students like me were deeply disappointing.
This experience has caused me to lose trust in the university’s processes, and I had no choice but to request a refund to pursue my studies elsewhere. I hope the university improves its communication and planning to avoid such situations in the future, as it has caused considerable emotional and financial stress to a dedicated international student like me.

Great place for learning. This one of the oldest university of this area. Teaching is highly engaging with practical activities which make students learn better, faster and accurately. Very good faculty members, highly educated , very supporting and kind.
Students enjoy their stay and study over here.

My girlfriend, who did her BA here, kindly requested a transcript of marks (which she supposed to have in the first place - the uni just didn't send them or they got lost in the transition), to which the Coventry University replied that this is a paid service (£40) or she could request the transcript from some other outsourced company, which is closed for the summer. Also, it is not the first time that the CU forgets to send some papers, the distinction paper is one of them. Moreover, you lose access to all portals once you finish studies, so good luck getting anything related to your degree.
If you could have known how much mental and emotional energy this stuff drains. Judging by what my partner is going through, I highly don't recommend dealing this university.

I regret my experience with Coventry University admission management and feel compelled to share the ongoing issues I have encountered. My experience has been marred by constant changes in the document submission requirements, which have caused unnecessary delays and stress. Instead of providing clear and consistent guidelines from the start, the university has repeatedly introduced new conditions, seemingly without logical reasons. This lack of transparency and consistency has made the application process extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting.

In my case, despite submitting the required documents, I was repeatedly asked for additional information that was never mentioned initially. It seems that every time I fulfill one requirement, another one is suddenly added, dragging out the process unnecessarily. This approach feels unprofessional and has made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily complicated.

I would not recommend Coventry University to anyone who values clear communication and a smooth application process. The university's handling of the application requirements has been extremely disappointing, and their constant changes to the document conditions have caused significant frustration and stress.
