I don’t even know where to start but my experience there was not what I expected. I moved in my unit with a terrible broken bathroom doorknob that had a hole in it from the previous person that stayed there , scratches all on the countertop , bad cabinets with scratches as well , and it had roaches , and roaches poops around the counter doors and now when I move they barley give me my deposit which is a scam for what am charged. Almost 1k for wear and tear carpet damage I have my pictures, videos of it. When a carpet don’t cost that much to clean it’s unbelievable what they try to get you for after move but don’t look at they units properly before moving tenants in inspecting your units before with pictures will be a good idea . All this getting on here trying to seem as you care what people are saying is insane . I basically got robbed out my deposit so my advice is before moving in take your own pictures then after move do the same and combine them cause they will get you . Charging for items that been in the unit I was just kind enough to replace the bathroom doorknob myself because it was a horrible broken knob clearly they team did not inspect properly but ready to collect after move. As you can see in a pic the bathroom knob before I move in is literally sitting on the sink but yet I get charged for doing them a favor . SCAM !!!! That $600 move in deposit is a scam also put in the ad what you require with that $600 move in deposit cause you get there you paying way more than you expected . Wish a tenant can collect and charge them before move in I seen a lot of issues . You’re gonna rent a unit please have your team to clean the unit properly. So no they is not the best I’ve seen better places that will not allow that literally! And won’t keep your money because of they errors now the carpet was not filthy we got proof also. Thank god I found a nicer community that stand on business about they move in deposit, etc…

I lived there and I must say it was cause I needed a roof at the time . They go up in rent and don’t do no kind of repairs to keep the units looking nice . You can get a unit missing knobs , and chipped kitchen cabinets, scratches on the kitchen counter tops , etc… The staffs in that office sit around and gossip about residents, etc… The worker that did my tub repair didn’t even try to fix the floor around the tub it was lifted it just looked tacky so I put my rug over it smh cause you will think the worker would organize it back. The tub paint comes off , etc… The paint and the unit is extremely cheap. I was so glad to move the way the doors are made even if you close it soft you will hear it still like a slam it was so distracting and disturbing. They try to put an image I couldn’t make a place like that home I felt like I was in the projects literally. Maintenance is ok at times people don’t clean up after their pets , etc… Where am at people literally clean up after their pets and themselves you can actually walk out without stepping in poop or seeing trash all over the place and the management where am at now is awesome they are extremely professional and maintain the property and units I don’t mind paying more when I know it’s worth it. The Cove is not worth it to be going up on rent ijs.

Hello, I’m sharing this post to let everyone know, how “FANTASTIC “ Venice Cove is.

Venice Cove has become, much more than just an apartment complex.
It’s a Family Community thanks to the amazing work of the office staff and the awesome maintenance team.
They have been working hard to make this a wonderful place to call home and I think they’re on the right track. Sherry and Felicia are the backbone of our community. And our Maitanice crew does their best too keep it looking wonderful.
You all are amazing people keep up the terrific work.

When u register you car and do not get a parking permit do not call.the office email at all time for yor record.I got my car tow because I did not get a parking permit but the office where aware told me just wait on my park permit to be mail to my house many time.Then lie and say I never register car it inactive but I have email.saying that everything is OK and will be mail to me

Felicia update my my information herself and promise me on wensday car is OK she did update herself next day my car was tow again my neighbor seen the email from her say everything OK but some how my car got tow again.I have 2 kids single mother everybody know if u need something I give to.anyone I am truly hurt scare some of my neighbor think this was done on purpose I not parking my car and my house no more Noone have 160 dollars to play. Games like this but I serve a God a 24 hours God 7 days a week God trust me and belive me God fighting my battle my review is under my daughter name.I have no reason to lie I have no problem with workers try to figure out why doing me wrong I know why want me to move out so they can move their family in my apartment it low income apartment or friend in but this is wrong
They will.never find a person like me I been here 4 year never been late on rent never cause prombles.They force the good people's out only to have their family friends to move in.But people's talk they have their family move In with felony but they do back ground check that funny.How do the neighbor know what going on and other peoples business what goes on with workers and staff in office I wounder why talking about business at the office

I would like to thank Felicia the property manager. She is professional, understanding and she really care about the residents. I have lived her almost 5 years. Since we got the new property managers and maintenance team this community has done a 360. Before when you put in a maintenance request it would take 4-5 weeks for anything to be done. I had two issues and they both were resolved within 24 hours. I put in a request today about 11:00 am. It’s ‘s 3:54 and a company was sent to my unit and fixed the issue. The residents are grateful to have great property managers like Felicia here to help us.

The maintence staff Demetris is amongst amazing. He took the time to explain all he was doing and the process to get my apartment maintenance request taken care of. The office staff Ms Felicia and Ms Sheri is beyond respectful and care about their tenants. I love this place

Going on 4years at Venice Cove. The property manager Mrs. Felicia is very professional, always answering and returning calls very great with problem solving, the maintenance guys does a very good job, time management is great any time I have a maintenance call the problem is fix by the next day…I absolutely love how management give back and show their appreciation to the residents, on holidays and each month we get great discounts at papa johns and other great incentives…..overall great place to stay no complaints….

Ms Felicia, has been a blessing to my family and I. My first initial visit to the office I explained my situation and she said keep coming and I did.She helped me and guided me and gave me great advice and resources to help me even when the place wasn't available. I still came and finally I'm in my place in Venice Cove and i love it. She always had a smile on her face. She is the best. I will forever be thankful for the help and welcoming she gave us. Ms. Felicia deserves it all. Thank you again for all you done
