The driver was early for pickup at airport and hotel. Driver was professional and helped with loading and unloading of bags. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children under 6. We were MCO to Disney World Round trip. The customer service phone number was staffed by knowledgeable and helpful people when arranging the trip. We needed extra car seats and they were on board as promised. We also appreciated their email reminders as well. This company provided a real value for 5 star service. There was absolutely no delays or worries by us when getting picked up at either location. Driver communicated well at pickup. We will use them again and and this rating is the consensus of our group. Thank you!

I would think twice before making a reservation. It took about 10 minutes maximum to charge my card but it will take 7 to 15 business days to refund it.
I made the reservation one day, read reviews, and decided to go with a more reliable company. The very next morning I asked to cancel and get refunded (so less than 24 hours).
With today's technology, you can process a refund just as fast as it is takes to charge the card.
**I will update this post if it takes a shorter amount of time for the refund.

We used the service to get us to Disneys Grand Floridian from the airport and back again when we were going home. Pick up at the airport was great, our driver was there to pick us up as soon as we got our bags and had the correct car seat for our baby. The morning of our departure, our baby was sick and we needed to go to an urgent care and had to change our flight. I called to let them know we had an emergency and the person I spoke with was less than friendly or helpful. Instead of understanding that we had no control over the situation and helping us reschedule, I was told sorry you have to book another trip. So I had to pay an additional $100ish to have a ride back to the airport. Then when we were picked up the driver didn’t have a rear facing car seat and told me it was my fault for not requesting it, which I did. All in all, the initial pick up was perfect but the trip back to the airport for departure only added stress for me and my family.

I would recommend Orlando Limo Tours for going to and from the airport. It was worth that but extra when you think of finding parking at the airport or off site.

As this was our first time doing this, I did not communicate as clearly related to directions and where to pick us up at the airport, but I. the end everything worked out.

I would definitely use their services again!!

We have used Orlando Limo Tours recently for some family emergencies we have had. Flying into MCO we have family at The Villages in Florida and Orlando Limo Tours has been extremely helpful in our transportation to our family home there. The drivers have been prompt, friendly and dependable. The cars are clean, spacious and comfortable.
It literally has made our recent trips to The Villages so much easier, quicker and efficient. Definitely worth it. The only other option is taking a shuttle that can take 3x longer.

It was a great service! The driver was very punctual and kind. I traveled with two infants, the car was full equipment with car seats and plenty of room for a twin stroller plus our luggage! We were 6 in total. I recommend them ?!

My Family and I visited Orlando Florida and did not want the hassle of renting a car with not knowing the local areas and places to go and scheduling an Uber was an option but I still wanted a professional service where I could be sure of the quality and safety of traveling with my family. I found Orlando Limo Tours and transportation and decided to book their transportation services and I’m glad I did. The price was great compared to renting and Uber transportation. They communicated with me before our arrival and the day of while providing step by step instructions upon off boarding the plane as to where they would be located to pick us up. The driver was friendly and very hospitable, getting our bags at the airport and during our store stop before reaching our hotel. The driver made us feel welcome along with friendly conversation, a nice smooth ride and smooth jazz upon our arrival and the day we returned to the airport. I will definitely book Orlando Limo travels again when My family and I visit Orlando Florida.
