I will never be using Peak's shuttle service again.

We booked Peak as we were flying into Denver and traveling to Breckenridge for a wedding. As their website states, "Peak is "Colorado's Best Mountain Shuttle Service" that will "make sure you spend more time enjoying your vacation and less time stressing over travel plans." And let me tell you, they achieve this title by:

a) not communicate the correct pickup time / changing pickup times and asking the guest to accommodate your needs
b) not answering your phones and keeping guests on hold for hours (which for us added up to over 3 hours)
c) not providing guests with an accurate pickup location information
d) making false promises about wifi and power connectivity
e) most importantly, forgetting about their clients

I will never recommend Peak to anyone after this absurd experience. Just rent a rental car and save yourself the hassle.

It's a very nice van but the business has serious problems IMO. The driver instructed all passengers to board the van prior to loading our luggage, leaving our bags out of sight and unattended for over 15 minutes. We were told there was a computer problem, but the confusion made passengers uneasy. No one was sure their bags would arrive at destination except for one man who actually got off the van and watched as the driver loaded his bag. At a stop in Silverthorne, this driver left a passenger stranded and delayed us by another 15 minutes when he had to backtrack to the parking lot after being phoned by another driver. Other passengers had informed the driver that she not on board, but he disregarded their advice. This forgotten passenger was very upset, incredulous that our driver had abandoned her. It was chaotic, and the trip took four hours in the summer with perfect weather. I would prefer not to use them again unless I have no other choice. They are too disorganized, and the customer service is terrible.

Highly recommend. I chose this service over Epic and am glad I did. The van driver was extremely professional and safe. The manager, staff, and dispatch were very communicative about snow storm changes in the schedule. Most importantly, everyone got to their airline with plenty of time. Definitely will use this group again!

Evan and Andy were great professional drivers. I always head up to Copper mountain with a load of ski gear and they didn’t blink at helping me with my luggage. Polite and awesome conversation was had with Evan and he happily drove me closer to my desired drop off location at Copper. Andy provided a nice quiet drive to sleep through the majority of the trip which I was grateful for given the early morning drive forced by flight delays. I would highly recommend both of them for a great passenger experience!

They cancelled my trip due to weather, which is understandable, but wouldn’t refund me. I had to cancel my entire trip because of that. I spoke with them and they said it’s in their policy but it’s not clear and only refers to missing flights due to weather. Imagine you buy a concert ticket and the band cancels and doesn’t refund you. That’s basically what happened to me. It always amazes me how bad customer service can be. That’s basically your top priority as a service based business.

Excellent! Great experience scheduling online, clear communication pre-pick-up, prompt pick-up and drop-off (team work finding quickest route). Van was clean and comfortable. Our driver Chancy was friendly and attentive to our comfort. Very good price and they allow dogs (EPIC does not and was more expensive). Will be using this company whenever we visit our condo in Breckenridge.

This is the best way to get into the mountains. My driver was Myles. He was so communicative. Informing us every step of the way what our time estimates were. He was an excellent driver and made us so comfortable. There was WiFi and water and a place to charge our devices. Myles even stopped before we got into the mountains for a bathroom and snack break because there was snow in the mountains and he wanted to make sure we were set if it took longer than expected. Highly recommend Peak 1 Express!
