Left my phone on the bus one afternoon. I called RTD to see if anyone had found my phone. The driver had found my phone and I was able to meet her at the bus stop a couple hours later to pick it up. Very professional and considerate.

Visited the area from the Cleveland, Ohio area...didn't have transportation, and knew nothing about their bus system... it was so simple and I figured it out within an hour. I was able to call RTD and give them the stop I was at. They told me when the bus was coming and where it would take me...every driver that I encountered was super helpful and friendly.. ...the buses were on time (not like at home running 15/20 min late). I rode the bus with the locals and no one was on it acting "crazy" like in Cleveland.. I didn't fear for my life on public transportation like at home.. I was able to ride the bus and train in Denver all day for $3!

The buses are always late very few drivers have any courtesy whatsoever and half the time your ticket does not get printed correctly which doesn't seem to bother the drivers themselves however I have been kicked off a train before because the ticket I purchased on a bus didn't properly have the time printed on it

RTD's trains are comically unreliable. It's a token service that exists only so Denver can say "Look, we're a modern city too!"
